Studio20 Academy Second Edition – an important step in online modeling
Studio 20 Academy Second Edition - An important step for the future of the market leader in the online modeling industry
“From all over the world, with the same goal, succeeding together” was the motto of the second edition of Studio 20 Academy. Managers, trainers, support teams, photographers, admins, marketing specialists from all the studios in Romania, Colombia, and the United States joined forces for the second edition of Studio 20 Academy, which took place in Poiana Brasov, Romania.
The Teleferic Hotel parking lot gained more color on the 20th of February, when the Mercedes CLA branded with #girlsfromstudio20 started checking in. The vibrant colors of the Studio 20 logo contrasted perfectly with the frozen background of the ski resort.
“The first edition of Studio 20 Academy, which was held 6 months ago, only hosted studios from Romania. This second edition had international reach (we are the only online modeling studio with international presence). It wouldn't be enough if I told you it was a dream come true. I've always been a dreamer and a man that makes things happen and I always follow my goals, no matter the obstacles that may come”, said Mugur Frunzetti, Studio 20 CEO.
“This February will mark 19 years since I opened my first online modeling studio and today there are 19 franchises all over the world. All the studios are doing great and we have some new franchises opening this year. We can't wait for the party that's prepared after we open our 20th studio, a party that will have the #20studio20 motto”.
The second edition of Studio 20 Academy was focused on creating better relations within the team, not just on a studio level, but on a global level. Also, the debates focused on understanding and pushing each model's income even higher, maintaining the leader position, and sharing different practical experiences among the many online modeling studios.
All 50 participants in the Academy were asked to prepare a presentation on a topic they prefer, each having an interactive approach, based on visual and auditive elements, on which three members of the group can give some feedback. The top 3 presentations were awarded prizes of 2,000 Euros.
“We know for a fact that you need a good foundation in order to build a house. In Studio 20's case, the foundation is the team. We help each other, we encourage each other and we pick ourselves up if needed. At one point, the conference became a little emotional for the initial Studio 20 team. 5 years ago, we were a small studio, with people with big hearts, and now we are close to Mugur's dream of having 100 studios worldwide. When we see so many people that not only share this dream, but make efforts, grow, learn, and focus on the same goal, we know that we are on the right track” said Andra Chirnogeanu, PR and Marketing Manager at Studio 20.
